I use the attached xmodmap file to swap ctrl and caps
lock, and change the left shift key to super. This all
works fine when I'm not running synergy, but when I am
using synergy the Control key only works sporadicly and
tends to pop up even though I keep it depressed.

Note: server OS is Redhat Linux and this is where I
notic the trouble.
