Would be nice to have synergy disable screen switching when a full screen
app is active.

Current behavior is synergy attempts to minimize the full screen app and
switch to the secondary machine.

You can prevent synergy from minimizing full screen apps. Check "Don't take
foreground window on Windows servers" in the Options of the Launcher.

You can also disable screen switching with the scroll lock key.
