Problem: Some users accidentally install the 64-bit version on 32-bit Windows. This casues them to see the "ipc connection error, connection refused" error since the 64-bit service will not start (on 32-bit Windows).

Solution: Do not allow the 64-bit installer to run on 32-bit Windows (but do allow 32-bit installer to run on 64-bit Windows, this is fine).
