By default, synergys looks for its conf file in one of
two locations:
~/.synergy.conf
/etc/synergy.conf
I beg of you, add a third location. Please look for a
conf file in whatever directory synergys is being
launched from. That means when I reinstall my OS or
switch to a different user account altogether, I can
still simply launch synergys and it "just works".
