Please can someone advise how to completely uninstall Synergy-Plus from OSX 10.6.

To uninstall run this from the terminal:
rm /usr/bin/synergyc /usr/bin/synergys

You should note that you won't really gain anything by uninstalling, since the binaries
take up hardly any space at all (a matter of kilobytes).
