Synergy

When I install synergy as a server on a W2k as a service
I doesn't start and in the eventlog im getting this:

Also if it starts at a w2k client as a service, it starts but
as the system boots up i get a run time error. if i start it
again, it runs normally, only if i start it as a service it
does that as a client.
