On the server-side Windows XP, I can't drag and drop a file (that's to say, move a file) in the Explorer, nor move selected text in Word. Yet I can do these on the client-side.

I'd like to chime in that I get this issue from time to time as well. I haven't been able to duplicate the causes the lead up to it, but I am a heavy user of cross-machine copy/pasting. Drag and drop and copy/paste on the host machine will stop working, while the client machine will work fine.
