Hello, thanks for the great product. I have a bug to
report. My name is Eric and I can be reached at

When Synergy is loaded and being used, drag and drop
in MS Outlook 2000 stop working. I have not been able
to find out what triggers it to stop working, but the time
that it takes to stop is random.

There are times that I can use Outlook all day by
dragging and dropping to folders without a problem.
Other times, after a couple of hours drag/drop will stop
working. Restarting Outlook will not resolve the issue.
Logging in/out will not resolve the issue.

I've been running without Synergy for a couple of days
now and the problem with Outlook has not shown up.
So, at this point I figured I would let you folks know
about it.

I'll be happy to help troubleshoot the issue should you
desire to move forward with it.

I also have seen this, within the first day after installing
Synergy. In my configuration, Outlook is running on the same
machine (a Win2K box) as the Synergy server.

I also have this problem, but it affects all Drag and Drop
in the server machine - Outlook and File Explorer.

I'm running WinXP SP2, Outlook 2003, and Synergy 1.2.6.

Reboot of the machine is required before Drag and Drop
starts working.

I enjoy and appreciate this product. However, I have had this same problem since I started using Synergy. I am running XP SP3 with 2 monitors on the server machine and one on a client. No problems for up to several hours, then all of a sudden, I can't drag and drop in any application or on the desktop. I can still "move" windows around, but icons won't budge. If there is anything I can do to help test this out, let me know. My email is kenfrank5@verizon.net.
