OS X Lion, SynergyS and a wireless Mac keyboard

So I - finally - managed to compile Synergy r1095, and I want to use my iMac as the server. I set everything up and both the mouse and keyboard (including the shift key.) work. However, no of the other modifier keys seem to work. I tried remapping them, but as soon as one works, another breaks. I wonder if anyone knows the correct setup for the modifier keys so I can still use my shift key and also copy/paste. (And maybe also press the Windows button.)
