Max number of computers supported?

Yes it is. As far as I know synergy doesn't put any artificial limit on the number of computers.

I am also sure that the synergy configuration supports far more than 4 computers. Namely you can have a computer that is to the left of the computer that is to the left of the server (and any other direction).
