I'm using Synergy on Windows 7 (on both Server and Client). I use Japanese 109 keyboard and some keys are not functional in the client. I raised debug level in the log to Debug2 then confirmed that the Synergy doesn't sense the keys - some key press activities won't show up. The keys which Synergy doesn't sense are [Muhenkan], [Shift]-, etc.
Please let me know how I can configure that Synergy to recognize those keys. Or how I can bring this up to request to be supported if it is not configuring issue.
PS. Most of keys including [Shift], [Ctrl], etc. work as I expect.

Is the client also configured to use a Japanese keyboard? If not, try changing the client keyboard setting so that it thinks it has a Japanese Keyboard also.
I work with Japanese users and systems. Most Japanese staff request a standard US keyboard, and use Romaji input for the IME. Even their laptops they bring over from Japan now come with a US style keyboard. I used to offer to special order Japanese keyboards for them, but they all tell me the old style keyboard input is too cumbersome.
