[closed] versions? win7x64 server

I have version 1.31 on Win7 x64[server] and WinXP 32bit[client]. If I upgrade to 1.37 on both. I downloaded the 64 bit for Win7. The XP machine "sees" the server[w/ the little bolt graphic] BUT the Win7 pc never "sees" the client. I am the administrator for both pcs. If I revert to 1.31 on the Win7 x64[server] - it works fine. Why can't I run the latest versions on the Win7 x64[server] pc?
