Hi,

I've been using Synergy on a WinXP/Ubuntu combo without problems for about a year. Now I've been upgraded to Windows 7. The server is running on the Win7 machine. I've noticed an issue where some applications disable moving the pointer the my Linux machine. For example when "Spark IM" or "Windows Photo Viewer" are in focus I can not switch. If I alt-tab to Google Chrome or plain Windows desktop it works fine.

Any idea of how this can be solved?

Seems to be because of UAC. When I set synergy to "Run as administrator" the problem went away.

Confirmed: This fixes both Toad and Eclipse blocking the window switching.

Saved me a lot of grief! Thanks!
