I am getting an error message "failed to save autostart configuration: Access is denied." How do I correct that save the autostart configuration? Version 1.3.6 Rick |

Assuming that you are configuring to autostart as a service on Windows, you need to have administrator rights on the machine. Try logging in as a user with administrator rights. try to run the software by left clic on the icon then "run administrator".. I guess it gonna work

I to am having that problem, I am administrator on my computer. Im running win7 64bit, I have stopped all process unistalled the program restarted the computer and reinstalled it and it still comes up like its been on my computer the whole time. I love this program but i have not seen anything like this. Some advice would be nice to get a fresh copy on my computer or fix the current problem.
