I am typing this message using the keyboard attached to my client machine, because the server keyboard is giving the wrong key presses.

These sentences are typed on the two keyboards

Server: * 9012 3456 789 )123456 78901 234 5678901 2345 678 9013 456 78 901245678 ()!@#$%^& *9)1

Client: I hope that the Synergy users and support crew can help fix my problem. !@#$%^&*() :; "'

Any ideas?

Thanks

Client OS: Windows XP

Server OS: Windows Vista

Both are running the most recent version, 1.4.2

Please update your question to include the OS, logs, and what version of synergy you're using.

If you could include the logs and config file, we could probably help you a little better.
