I have just switched all our computers to fixed IP's on a Private (no internet connection) Network. I cannot get synergy to Run on the Host Machine at all. I had just set up synergy two days before on the same machines with the internet connected and they worked fine but now, nothing. Any Help?

Synergy should work fine on a private network. Just make sure that you can ping between the computers using the hostnames you have selected and that you are using the correct private IP addresses. Also, please post your error.

You may not have DNS running on your private network. If you were using DHCP before, your DHCP server was probably handling that for you.

Since you are using fixed addresses on a private network with no internet, the simplest solution would be to add the host names and IPs to the hosts file of each computer.
