My iMac (latest OSx) doesn't work with Win7 - on Win7 its shown is "connecting..." Win7=NetX-LAP-003

Here is the log:

$ sudo synergys -f

My configuration:

$ more /etc/synergy.conf

        NetX-LAP-003:
end

                left = NetX-LAP-003

        NetX-LAP-003:
                right  = iMac
end

section: aliases
        iMac:
                Shawn-Zandis-iMac.local
                127.0.0.1
                192.168.0.104

end

any idea? doesn't work the other way also
