1.4.10 Change screen swap size like in 1.3.7

Hi, Recently updated to 1.4.10 on XP and on Win7, and was wondering how to alter the swap size, eg in 1.3.7 you simply added: 0 to 50 (%) the the Right of Comp1 goes to 0 to 100 (%) Left of Comp2

You see i have a Netbook, who's screen is exactly half the height of my desktop screen. How do you do this in 1.4.10????

The Server at the moment is XP, but will be swapping to Win7 later.... the version is the same on both
