I've got two macs hooked to a single monitor, one on digital, one on analog. I can't get Synergy to work when I switch from digital to analog on the monitor. I'm just trying to keep my real desktop uncluttered. Shouldn't this work? Do I have to have two monitors . Both are powermacs, one a G5 running 10.5,the other a G4 running 10.3. I've got programs on the G4 that won't run in 10.5 on the G5, so I'd like to access the G4 only when I need those apps without having an extra keyboard in the way.
