I have 2 computers, but only 1 monitor.

Is it possible with this software to get a setup where I only need to utilize the 1 mouse & keyboard while being able to switch the monitor between its analog and digital settings to use both computers?

It seems as if this is not possible with the current software configuration as I can set up the server and client yet when I switch to the client computer (analog input of the monitor) the mouse from the server computer (digital input of the monitor) gets "stuck" on the client computer (analog input of the monitor). Any help would be appreciated.

I agree with JanDerek, just get a 2nd monitor, or get a KVM switch (that's what they were designed for). Synergy is not and probably will never handle video switching.

I think this is not possible. But having multiple monitor is possible. The benefits of multiple monitors are obvious; you can spread out your work, compare documents, and live a life virtually free from furiously Alt+Tabbing your way back and forth between windows. Nonetheless, life with multiple monitors, especially modern monitors that sport monstrous resolutions, comes with its own set of challenges compared to life on a small and singular screen.
