When i try to start synergy on my netbook i get a window titled "program can not be started"

It says : The executable

C:/Program Files/Synergy/synergyc.exe

could not be successfully started, although it does exist. Please check if you have sufficient permissions to run this program.

I'm having the same problem. Even after running the app as Administrator, it does not want to run. I just ran the update to 1.4.8, and that is what started the issue. Previously, on the same machine, there were no problems.

I'm having the same problem. It works on Windows 7, but not on my Vista machine. Previous releases worked fine, but 1.4.8 does not.

Wow, okay so I figured out the problem with mine... (yes, better error responses or logging would have helped, but still the fault was pretty silly). I downloaded the 64bit version on my 32bit machine. Once I installed the right bit version, no problems.
