lock Input devices to one computer whith a keystroke while gameing ?

hello

i use 3 computers, 2 with win7 ult 64bit and 1 with win xp prof 32bit. the server is a win7 computer with 2 displays by a gforce gtx 460. the cliend computers have only 1 display. i play games on the server and when i move the mouse mistakenly to a client while gameing the game minimizes. can i lock the Input devices by toggle to one computer whit a key ? ore can i activate and shut off synergy by a key for the period of gameing ?
