[closed] Problem with Vowels.

Hi all,

I have a problem between 2 Windows 7 computers.

For some inexplicable reason, all the vowels appear like so ÁÉÍÓÚ. EVERY other key is mapped correctly, and both computers have the same keyboard settings in Languages.

Any ideas?
