Mac OS X server, Linux client - client keyboard not working

Server - Macintosh OS X - 10.7.3 Client - Linux RHEL 6.1

The keyboard does not work on the client.

When I looked at other questions and answers, there was a comment to enable assistive devices on Mac OS X. That helped a little, but MANY things are still not working.

Is this a known issue with the latest release of Synergy?

Also, if I switch the roles (Linux - server, Mac - client) everything seems to work.
