I have an issue between a workstation and a laptop both running WinXP. if the server is running on the laptop everything works without a hitch. If the workstation is running as the server, the laptop (as the client) loses connection and reconnects about every 5-10 seconds. I have done this in the current Beta and Stable releases to the same results.

The workstation has 2 monitors, the laptop only 1. I have disabled firewalls and anti-virus with no change in behavior. I have validated they are in the same AD OU with the same policies in place. Any suggestions as to what could be causin this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I had this problem, and found that i was running two instances of the synergy client, each taking over the connection from the other. they were both there in the taskbar.
