I'm running Windows 7 with the 64 bit client as the server (left) and OS X 10.4 as the client (right). Everything is set up properly and connects correctly. When I move my mouse over to the right, it disappears off the Windows monitor and the mouse appears on the OS X computer, but the mouse doesn't move on the right screen. It will jump to its correct position if I click twice quickly but otherwise movement is invisible. Clicking will move the mouse to its proper position but I can't actually select or click on anything. The keyboard doesn't work either.

Essentially, I can move the mouse from the server to the client, but once its on the client it won't move on screen. I can move it back to the server.
