[closed] This application has failed to start because MSVCP100.dll was not found.

I've re-installed Synergy (1.3.8) and when I try and install on my client machine (Win XP SP3 - I know, it's a work machine), I get the following error:

launcher.exe - Unable To Locate Component This application has failed to start because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

When I try and reinstall, it hangs on Execute: C:\Program Files\Synergy\vcredist_x86.exe /install /q

There is another error in the install log - Error creating shortcut C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\S...

Help!
