I am using my MacBook Pro running OS X lion as a server. When I installed the synergy 1.4.7 the multitouch gestures on the mouse stopped working. I would just like to note that I updated to 1.4.7 since the keyboard didn't work on the previous version. Is this a bug in the program or is there a fix?

I have the same problem. I am using 10.6.8 on the host Mac and 10.7.3 on an Late 2011 MBP. Change preferences in both Synergy and system prefs/Magic prefs. Nothing doing. Other than this little issue I couldn't have asked for a better app. Synergy solved a lot of issues for me. Great product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Donate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm also having this problem running Synergy 1.4.7 with Mac OS 10.6.8 as the server. While Synergy is running multi-touch gestures on my magic mouse do not work. Stopping synergy returns full magic mouse functionality. Similar to a previous poster, I must use the beta synergy version (1.4.7) because in the latest stable release (1..3.8) the keyboard does not work on my Windows XP client.
yes i see this too with the current beta build, stopping synergy restores multitouch. weird
I have the same problem on 10.7.3, and as reported stopping synergy solves the problem.
When I log in it usually works properly, then after a while it gradually stops working, e.g. in Chrome first, then Skype, then other apps.
Any suggested solutions?
Similar problem with synergy 1.4.8 beta... weird...
Same issue with Synergy 1.4.8 beta osx 10.7.3 magic mouse
