Hello all: I have been using synergy between 2 windows 7 x64 machines for a long time now - about 9 months without issue with it. Suddenly, this morning, the client and server will not connect. The machines are side-by-side and hooked to the same switch. Neither end registers as connected to the other. I am using synergy 1.4.5. I have also tried to uninstall and re-install synergy. The uninstall went fine, but the re-install gives me the following error: "Error opening file for writing: C:Program FilesSynergysynrgyhk.dll" My only options are abort, retry or skip the file. Nothing works. Please help! |

Errors with "synrgyhk.dll" are more common on older versions. Please upgrade and restart your computer. |

Try right clicking on the install file and running as Admin. |
