How actually should screensaver synchronization work?

hello,

I'm using synergy 1.4.5 beta, and I have in my configuration file the line to enable screensaver synchronization.

section: options screenSaverSync = true end

Actually I'm wondering how this option should work. I have with or without this option same behaviour. That is client and server going independantly to screensaving. In fact server seems to ignore its proper scrensaving timing when working on client side for long time, but client goes to sleep if I don't enter its screen for long time.
