How to disable screen dimmed?

0	server: Linux 1.3.8 client: Mac 1.3.1 whenever I move my mouse to the client side, my server screen got dimmed. How can I configure to disable this "feature"? config asked 21 Nov '11, 01:45 hSATAC 1 accept rate: 0%
